AI Explainer Video Series
Multiple market research reports indicated that while most customer experience (CX) leaders understood the potential value of AI, they struggled to understand what AI is and how it worked. To that end, I developed a series of videos to breakdown commonly used technical terms in a breezy, engaging way for CX leaders.
"CX AI NOW" Campaign
Developed in late 2023 and launched in early 2024, this campaign targeted CX leaders by speaking to their concerns about AI for CX technology and positioning NICE as the provider that would allow them to "win the CX AI race".
CX AI Product Overview Videos
This video series highlights the numerous digital and AI solutions available from NICE by demonstrating their feature sets and use cases.
Free Comic Book Day at Level Up Entertainment
This annual event transformed from a day to give away free comics into a full-blown mini comic convention. Featuring a variety of celebrity and industry guests, local vendors, live music, and more, attendance grew to over 4,000 visitors in 2015.
Back to the Future Day
To celebrate the day Marty McFly arrives in the future in the film Back to the Future 2, Level Up Entertainment hosted a screening of the movie on the same day depicted in the film in 2015. In addition to the screening, the event included prize giveaways and a movie accurate DeLorean car.
"The Future of Yesterday, Today" Campaign
Conceived as a parody of educational films from the 1950s, this ad campaign emphasized Level Up's selection of modern and retro toys and video games.
"We've Got Character " Campaign
This campaign leveraged the many relationships we had established throughout the years with professional-level cosplayers to showcase the wide variety of pop-culture merchandise available at Level Up. A number of spots were created featuring characters like Darth Vader, Batman, Captain America, and may others.
Retro Movie Nights
A series of screenings of classic movies in collaboration with a local theater. These events were promoted with film specific shorts that aired on social media and before the screenings, along with exclusive, limited-run t-shirts available for purchase only at the theater during the events.
